    Unhappy Showing PDF's in Browsers

Having real trouble getting my PDF files to show when browsing, for some reason if I am using firefox it will view the PDF's but any other browser ie, aol netscape etc I just get to show a page of garbage. Anyone got any ideas as to how can ensure that browsers are able to view the PDF's correctly?

If adobe reader is installed on the clients computer then the PDF files should show up. I can't think of anything off the top of my head that would be affecting this on the server side. How are you createing the PDF files? If anything it may be the program you are useing to create the files. Perhaps it is an old program saveing in an older format.

P.S. Is this only on your computer or are other folks haveing problems viewing them.

Can you give us a link where the problem occurs so we can try it out?

This is a long shot, but the only thing I can think of is the mime type being served is text\html instead of what it should be for pdf. I don't know for sure if that would affect it or not.
