Default Validation error LMN-VLD-00140: Restricted license

When I log into my Miva Admin I receive this notification everyday since I signed up (Sept. 16th - 19th).

"Miva Merchant was unable to validate your domain license.

The error message returned was: LMN-VLD-00140: Restricted license is not transferable

Please contact Miva Support or your server administrator immediately. If the software continues to receive these messages during license validation, you may be locked out of your administrative interface.

How to I or Westhost fix this so I don't get the error or the consequences stated. i went to the Miva Support and there's nothing I can find under the free section.

    Thank you,
    David

It sounds like it could be a result of your IP address being changed. You may have to call Miva and give them your new IP address and miva license.

If you are having an issue with your Miva license not being accepted, after the migration to 2.0.

You will need to contact Miva directly at (858)490-2570 to have them reset your miva license#. You have to do this because your Ip address has changed, due to the migration. You'll need to give Miva your new Ip address and license number, they should be able to resolve your issue.

Thank you for the information. The problem was resolved. Thank you for the phone number. Although, actually what it was was not an IP error as that wasn't changed, it was that for some reason my domain name wasn't registered yet in their system with the license number of Westhost's Multi-User License. Thank you again for your quick response. -David-
