    Default SendMail on Alternate Port

I know I added this option to my reseller packages, I can see it in the options when I look at them... but when I go into the client manager and click on the install link, SendMail on Alternate Port is not an option.

Is there a way I can just go into the code and change port number? Or do I have to run this app? My client's ISP blocks port 25 and he can't send email from home.

Wow. It has been so long since I've had to work with the Server/Reseller Manager and Site Manager. I do remember though that once you made changes to options available in a package you then had to "Apply To Accounts" that use the package so that it would show up in accounts Site Manager. It is a button on the first page at the bottom of each Package when you click on it. I also remember that it sometimes took a while to propagate changes. If that does not help then you should contact tech support and have them look into it.

Go ahead and give support a call or contact. They should be able to sort it out for you.
