Default Can you guys trash the interface??

This is undoubtedly one of the worst control panels I've ever dealt with. I visit hundreds of sites a day which includes dozens of control panels, joomla back ends etc.

The odds of a successful first time login are worse than the odds a a crooked craps table in atlantic city.

I get 'loading core' or 'initializing'.

By a semi random process of killing the page, reloading, opening in a new window, cursing, cursing some more, rambling about the idiocy of the developers of that mess.. I will eventually be able to connect to view my trouble tickets.

It's literally been five minutes trying to get into this stinking control panel. I've actually forgotten what I was intending to do at this point.

The WestHost control panel at should load without much of a delay. If you see any delay on the loading bars, refresh the page and it should load directly. We want you to be able to log in without trouble to manage your account.

We do have an updated control panel in development for the future with various improvements. I will pass along your experience to help provide some additional feedback to prevent you from encountering this issue in the future. Feel free to contact our support teams at any time if you have any questions or concerns.

Hey Kyler.... Nice to see you posting! I've experienced the same thing from time to time. A refresh normally will take care of it but it can be a bit annoying. Maybe if they simply add a note to the loading message that says refresh page if loading screen does not go away in X amount of seconds.

Can't wait to see the new improvements in the updated control panel!

Kyler - FWIW - I'm using win 7 home ultimate/64 bit with chrome 32. I've tried the refreshes and that works about 50 percent of the time. I have found that if a tab was open with cp.wh I need to close that tab and open a fresh tab.

Not being curmudgeonly here but I would prefer streamlining bare bones ala google rather than sexy slide outs.. Heck, I'd probably even prefer plain old text links or a 'light' version.

I haven't tried this from my phone or tablet but I think it would be a nightmare. Perhaps a bare bones option would be nice.

Thanks for the feedback. I will pass on these specific recommendations for the future control panel as well as possible updates to the current control panel.
