    Default How about refunds for the recent down time?

    Recently Westhost was down for more than a day...twice. How about refunds for those down times?

    I had no down time on any of my accounts. Did you contact them about this?

    First we apologize for the outages that occurred. The first outage was a power outage and the second was a Network outage. The outages did not last longer then a few hours for the majority of our clients. There were a few clients that experienced longer down times. We had every available resource working on resolving the issues as quickly as possible. We keep our clients updated through netstatus.westhost.com every 20 minutes on progress that was being made.
