PHPBB & Avatar Permissions

I am setting up a PHPBB and in the install instructions at their site it says I should make sure the server has allow write permissions so people can upload their avatars, how do i do this here at Wets Host.

More then likely you won't have to do anything. That being said both the older WestHost Site Manager accounts and the newer cPanel accounts have file managers available when you log into them. Again you shouldn't really have to set permissions on either account unless you do something odd when you install PHPBB.
