I've noticed that some accounts will have trouble with random items like the IP Manager tool or DNS resolution for domains within the Cloud Reseller system.
If you notice an issue like this, I would highly recommend that the password is always updated from cp.westhost.com with the Change Password(s) tool. If the password is updated from inside WHM then our dashboard can't connect to the account properly and so items like the IP addresses and DNS changes cannot be synced to it properly.
