Default How to remove shared SSL certificate?

Our PCI compliance scan shows both our active certificate with GeoTrust (the one we use), and a shared certificate. Any way to get rid of the shared certificate? We'll never use it.

Is this on an older Site Manager account or a newer cPanel account? I kind of have the feeling actually that with either, you'll need to contact WestHost tech to have the sort it out. In Site Manager you could try uninstalling Open SSL perhaps.

If you are running an account in the Site Manager hosting system, you'll just need to login to Site Manager > Install & Manage. From there you can uninstall the SharedSSL application, thus disabling it for your account.

If that does not work, please contact our support team to receive further assistance.
