When will WestHost install this mod and enable it by default? http://code.google.com/speed/page-sp...using_mod.html

Any plans to give it to 3.0 customers too?

We are actually testing this module on one of our internal servers. As you may see in the documentation for this module it can have negative effects when cPanel is being used; therefore we're doing some tests to see what happens, how they interact and if we can manipulate anything so it functions as it is designed.

I will try to remember this post when our admin team finishes testing.

Thanks! If it does have negative effects with cPanel it could be a good addition to 3.0 until Google fixes that.

    I'm looking forward to this

We are also very interested in this! Currently on a 3.0 account.

Any further updates from WH about mod_pagespeed & cPanel accounts? Testing still in progress?
