Wow, that helps A LOT! I just created this site, so I was scouring the control panel for something called site manager! LOL! Thank you so much!
    Thanks!

Send in a support request to WestHost. You can do it via https://cp.westhost.com/ after you log in. Account tab then you'll see the Support icon.

    dlaproject,

Yeah, that would be great if you could submit a support ticket on that if you haven't already. There's likely just an issue with the Softaculous installation on your account, so we can take a look on the server in order to fix that. Thanks!

Yeah I submitted a support ticket yesterday morning, but was just curious if there was a fix I could do instead of waiting for support.

Installing WordPress manually is actually pretty easy as well. WordPress has some good docs on doing it here:

    http://codex.wordpress.org/Installing_WordPress

Softaculous makes it even easier, but it's really simple to manually install it as well.

In regards to the ticket, I just pulled it up. It looks like it's been escalated to our level 2 support technicians since it appears to be something they'll need to resolve. We'll try to get that figured out for you as soon as possible. In the meantime, you could try a manual WordPress install using those instructions at that link. Feel free to ask if you have any questions on that at all.
