Important Notices

- WestHost 4.0 -

Many of our Technical Engineers and Administrators have been hard at work involving an exciting project scheduled to launch to new clients around the first part of April, and then to existing clients later in the summer. The focus of this project includes an upgrade of our current hosting platform from our Site Manager control panel to cPanel. You may have already read about this news on our WestHost Blog. For those who may not be familiar with cPanel, it is quite a bit more user friendly and you will also enjoy increased functionality. Our online account maintenance will also improve with this upgrade. The management of your billing and other important account information will be accessible directly from your control panel. No more separate forms that will be required when making account updates! Once we launch WestHost 4.0, all NEW sign ups will then be setup with cPanel accounts. Existing clients will be notified and upgraded sometime during the summer months. More details will be coming as those plans are finalized.

We are committed, and it is our top priority, to carefully handle each existing client upgrade so as to make the transition as seamless as possible. For more information please watch for e-mail notices, updates to our Blog and WestHost Connection newsletters. We are very excited about this upgrade as we know it will only enhance and improve your WestHost experience!

- Beta Test Participation -

We are currently looking for clients who would like to participate in the 4.0 beta tests. We will be starting the beta test within the next 4-6 weeks and we would like to have your participation. The beta test will last for approximately three weeks. If you would like to participate please fill out the following form: https://corp2.westhost.com/wh4betasignup/. Once you have signed up we will send you further instructions as we approach the beta launch date.

We are now opening up the WestHost Blog for clients and other guests to share useful tips and ideas. This is a great opportunity to be featured on our blog. If you are interested in submitting a blog post then please send your request to guestbloggers@westhost.com. We recommend that your post not exceed 500 words. We will select the top 2-3 posts every month to feature on our blog so unfortunately, not every submission will be accepted. Do you have something of interest that you want to have featured on the WestHost blog?
