    - Improving Server Uptime & Availability -

    We are always interested in improving our server uptime and thus improving your Web site availability. We are also interested in improving server performance through stability. One issue commonly overlooked when endeavoring to improve server performance is the security policies used by the users of that server. We suggest that our clients enforce the use of strong passwords for all users, including but not limited to e-mail and FTP. Strong passwords consist of upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols. A relatively short password can be fairly strong and can thus thwart the efforts of most attackers. Doing so keeps your information safe and your account free from abusive behavior initiated by would-be attackers.
