    Default blocking ips and domains?

One of my e-commerce clients is a work of (my wife's) charity- an old H-wood costume designer (retired) makes stylish soft hats and turbans for women chemo patients, a skill he developed when his wife was going through this. On a very minimal cpc budget, we had taken him to over 100 uniques a day and his conversions were substantial until we upped his budget. His PPC traffic has gone up substantially but his gross sales are down. We're sure he's being clobbered by garbage clicks probably from the people he used to wholesale to that are known to my client as nasties. I know how to block an IP on google, but how do you block a domain? The most obvious offender is <>. I'm not sure what the dashes (instead of dots) mean here. How do I deal with this? Our clien is a swell guy and we need the karma. Help?

    Thanks in advance.

Looks like it is which is an IP owned by Skyriver, which is an ISP. Try blocking that IP.
