    Default How does one suspend an account?

    Is there a feature that allows a reseller to suspend a particular account?

    Can't seem to find it anywhere. If anyone knows how or has a suitable workaround, I would appreciate very much some info on this matter.

    Dear Andz,

    You can disable an account by logging into Server Manager, clicking Accounts. Clicking on the actual name of the account you want to disable, then click Edit. There is a check box that lets you enable or disable the account. Uncheck it. Then click Next and Finish. When you want to enable the account again, go back in and follow the exact same steps I've outlined here, except check the box to enable it.
