I am currently designing a web site that will be using Joomla as the content management system. Because of VirtueMart being easily integrated into Joomla I quickly chose Virtuemart for my shopping cart solution.
Well I liked a lot of the features but my problem is I quickly found out Quickbooks won't work with Virtuemart and I use Quickbooks for all of my accounting so this made me look elsewhere.
First, how hard is it to integrate oscommerce with Joomla?
Next, does it have any modules that integrate it with Quickbooks?
As well, I am interested in many other features such as it working with many merchant accounts for credit card payments, calculating sales taxes, coupons, promos, as well as electronic (ebook) downloads. These above two features are very important to me though.

osCommerce have a website: oscommerce.com. If you look through the contributions section you will find contributions for QuickBooks integration (although it does depend on what you mean by 'integration').

Take a look through their website, it will probably answer most of your questions.
