Important Notices
=========================================

- New Website Design -

We recently launched a new site design in an effort to improve the
communication of our products and services. This is only a first
effort, as we will be continuing to improve things.

A new ordering system is still in development and will be launched
soon, and the Members Area will be receiving a number of updates and
enhancements to improve documentation and support.

- New Hosting Plans -

First, for shared hosting, we have separated our new "Plans" into 2
categories: Personal & Business. Personal Plans are lower priced,
offer a large amount of space and bandwidth, and include features
geared towards individuals (blogging, photo albums, message boards,
etc.) Business Plans have slightly less space and bandwidth and are
priced a little higher (comparatively), but incorporate
business-specific features like shopping carts, Search Engine
advertising credit, SSL security, more domains, and more e-mail.

Note: Because of the increases to space and bandwidth on these new
plans, clients on our past standard packages will be automatically
upgraded to receive comparable new limits.

Our Reseller Plans have also been changed. There have been
significant upgrades to Space, Bandwidth, and IP-based VPS's, which
are very positive. You will also notice that pricing has been reduced
(including setup fees).

Note: Past resellers on Plan 1 will be "automatically" upgraded to
the new PLAN 2 (which maintains the same pricing). Because the other
plans have different pricing and limits, those resellers will not be
upgraded automatically, but may choose to do so at their convenience.

- Network Upgrade -

We have been actively improving the redundancy of our network.
Over the last week, we upgraded our connection to AT&T's network
from a DS-3 to an OC-3. This upgrade will triple our capacity from
45 Mbps, to 155 Mbps on that connection alone.

Redundant connections to our Data Center also include fiber from
Global Crossing and XO.

- Site Application Upgrades -

We continue to work on keeping the latest versions of popular
applications available to our clients. The following updates have
recently been released:

* PHP 5.1.2
* PHP 4.4.2
* phpMyAdmin 2.7.0-p12
* phpBB 2.0.19
* Joomla! 1.0.8
* WordPress 2.0.1

- SpamAssassin Upgrade -

SpamAssassin 3.1.0 was released last month, along with an improved
user interface, making customizations and SPAM filtering much easier.
The new interface also does a better job of educating the user on
what filter settings to modify, and why.

- Ruby on Rails -

Ruby on Rails is an open-source web framework that is optimized for
programmer happiness and sustainable productivity. It lets you write
beautiful code by favoring convention over configuration. For more

Applications" section of your control panel (Site Manager):

- New Webmail Application -

We are continuing work on a new Webmail tool with many usability and
feature set improvements over current alternatives.
