View Full Version : Reseller client add-on self service? How?

This may be a dumb question, but I've looked all over the reseller guides and can't find the answer.

Let's say I am a reseller (which I am), and I have created an add-on package for another 100MB of disk space. One of my clients is eligible for this package based on his primary service package.

How does he sign up for it? I have no idea? Is there a URL? Must he send me an email? (If it is email, how do *I* change it for him? Can't seem to figure it out from the reseller control panel).

I'm aware of how to upgrade my *own* account with Westhost (through the add-on webpage). How do my clients do the same with me?
