View Full Version : Site Scripts missing from Control Panel

When I log into my Control Panel I do not see any pre-configured scripts to install like Neomail.

Nothing is listed there. Is there some maintenance I should know about or should I contact westhost support about it?

The only thing that I have heard of is that they where adding in some stuff to the php install today but they did not say it would affect anything.

I had them "reset" my account. Perhaps they didn't reinstall the control panel completely?

When you say you had them "reset" your account... was that to get your control panel back or is that why you think you don't have the apps now? If that is the case then I would contact them too have them do it again. :)

My site apps are also missing in the control panel (database, php, neomail, etc.)

Is no one else being affected by this?

Medlinke are yours now back in the cp?

You need to contact WH support. I haven't seen any of this behavior in my Site Manager/CP. (I better go knock on some wood!) :)
