If I remember right, we each have a default email account that catches the email that we receive that isn't otherwise sent to a specific user. Is this correct? If so, how do I access the account?

To answer my own question.... I didn't have a catch-all account set up. To set one up go into the manager > E−mail/FTP Management > Aliases > New Alias and create a Catch-All there.

Yep, that's right. To make it even nicer, I created a new user call catchall and set my catchall account to that. Since most of what comes to that account is spam I just look through it periodically and delete, forward, or bounce as necessary. That way, I don't miss anything.
