I'm new here and I'm transfering a site over from CommuniTech.Net and one of the email accounts I have at CommuniTech.Net is 100proof.

when trying to enter the user name here I get this message.

A user name must have the following
properties: Name must start with a lowercase
letter, consist of printable ASCII
characters, and must NOT contain uppercase
letters or the ':', ',' or ' ' characters.

Is there anyway around this problem, I have alot of email connected to 100proof@mindwarped.com

Unless you want to edit the configuration files on your account manually you may need to contact WH support about this. It would most likely be best to contact them even if you do want to work with your config files to make sure it would not be a limitation elswhere with thier system.

Your other option would be to set up an email/ftp account called:
onehundredproof (or something similiar) as an account you can use to forward an alias to. You then go into Aliases under E-mail/FTP Mangement and create an alias called 100proof and send mail for it to the real email address you created. I just tried this out on my test account and you can create an alias that starts with a number and infact I was able to create 100proof.
