View Full Version : Managing Subdomain Email???

There seem to be ambiguous terms for a second domain name which falls within the same account. I call them sub domains, but others consider different things sub domains.

I am talking about an entirely different domain name that to the user in all ways operates like a any other domain name.

Anyway, I canít figure out how to manage email for this second domain. At one time I set up forwarding, but I need to modify it and canít figure out how to find/access the screen where this is done. If I go to domain management and click on this second domain then Email/FTP management it takes me to the screen for my main domain, not this sub domain.

How do I access the Email control page/screen for email for the sub domain?

Hello Jim,

Any email accounts that you setup for your main domain will actually be valid for all of your domains that you setup. For example if your primary domain is bob.com and you just setup jill.com, the address bob@bob.com will be the same mail account for bob@jill.com.

This is also the same for any programs that you install with the Site Manager. If you have any other questions on this please let me know.
