Good clean site loads well and looks professional. The only comment I can offer is that I don't think I would use the service for the following reasons. The no-money-back policy. No where on the site does it give any indication on the qualifications of the person(s) doing the research.

No money back policy but there is just not enough on the site to give me a sense of trust to accept that.

Perhaps if you did give some background on the company and who the reasearchers where this would help. If you get some clients that would give you a refrence that could be posted on the site. It may be to early for that but could help down the line.

If this info was on the site I missed it so you maybe need to make it more obvious. I spent about 5 mins at the site looking around.

Think it is a good idea that could do well and your hourly rate is pretty low wich should help. That alone may get people to take the risk.

Like wildjoker says, it does have a nice clean interface. Looks good, but why are all the widths hardcoded? If I resize my browser to 650x600, part of it is off the screen. I believe that you should take user preferences into account. In other words, I think you should use percentages.

Also, what is the difference between your service and googles?

Hi,
The site looks good, clean, professional. On my browser some of the images and even the text boxes are clipped. For example the top graphic 'Researc-o-matic' is cut on the bottom by the HR. Also the sample questions box extends over the bottom box/graphic that has your prices.

I was viewing with Netscape 7.2 on Win2k. I've found from my own experience that some times alignment differes on the different browsers and OSs. Just thought you might like to know.
