Dear Christopher L. Russell,

I am your client since Sep-2000,
I like your hosting to my account since Sep-2000.
But can you answer my question when will my account upgraded to 2.0 ?. I am still waiting for it. I read that new accounts openning with 2.0 already. This making me sad that your company behaviour is not equal towards clients. Please confirm that this is not true.

I know I am not Chris, but please let me reply to this post:

You can find an update to our plans for remaining 1.0 clients at https://corp.westhost.com/upgrade2/. Although the tool will be released shortly, if your needs to upgrade are more urgent, please contact our tech support department and we will upgrade your site at your convenience. We have not halted 2.0 upgrades. We have simply delayed the automated upgrade process while completing development on our upgrade tool.

Dear MMellor,

I can not do a manual upgrade.
I have work all day and cannot deal with my website.
If you want to do it there please do it. It is not much so importance if my website will down 3 or 7 days.(Not more ofcourse.)

Let me get this straight:

In the last eleven months you haven't had time to update your website when the company gives you the instructions and tools to do it with?

And you're complaining because they won't do it FOR YOU?
