We are setting up areas of our site that we want different managers to maintain using Microsoft's FrontPage.

We want to give each manager have their own sign-in rather than give each individual managers access to the entire site.

For example:
Our domain is: www.mysite.com
John would be responsible for maintaining: www.mysite.com/education
Tony would be responsible for maintaining: www.mysite.com/workshops

How do we give John and Tony access to their respective areas and yet not giving them access to those areas they have no responsibility to maintain?

You would need to set them up as diffrent e-mail FTP users. It is located in your Site Manager under that listing.

Thanks for your reply.

I've got each one set up with an email address so I then need to give them FTP access.

What would I use for the home directory:

/www/htdocs/education ?

That's correct: either /www/htdocs/education or /var/www/html/education would work. However, I am not sure if this setup would work correctly with Frontpage (you should give it a go though). However, with FTP programs it will work 100%
