I have a client that is using Neomail for the email clients and some of them are receiving 100-200 junk emails/day. They are asking about any kind of filtering software (whitelist, blacklist or manually filters) that can remove some of this before it even hits the inbox.

Has anyone found a third-party program that is easily (even if manually) installable to work with their WestHost account?

I told them they could easily do it in Eudora on their desktop but they have an aversion to using the POP3 method for some reason. Asking them to change is out of the question. I guess part of it is being able to access email out of the office since they travel a lot.

Any pointers or help would be appreciated.

Another of our esteemed members has posted some of this information at:

Although it looks pretty technical, I may be able to do some of it. Thanks for the info!

In the meantime, I was wondering if anyone else has found a simple answer to this question.
