I cant find the reason as to why my server disk space would fill up just so soon. Knowing that the sites max disk space is below 12 MB- while having allocated 500MB to the account. Dont see anything with the log being filled up either as they are just new sites -
So wat seems to be the problem.

I had the same problem. It is a known error, and WH can make a temporary fix til they figure out a permanent one. I would suggest you call tech support

check the following areas:
/var/spool/mail
/var/spool/mqueue
/usr/local/apache/logs
/usr/local/mysql/var/ (i think it is log here also)

This are most of the problem area's people have.
Good luck

never delete a huge log. The system will not free the space. Always do the following cp /dev/null <filename> to kill a log to 0 bytes. If you dont understand what I am saying dont try it. Thanks

What do you mean by, "the system will not free the space?"

If you mean that it will not over write it, that's correct. It only writes the header entry.
