For some reason my site manager isn't located at: http://www.coolpetproducts.com/manager/ like the manual said it would be. I would like to change my password and set up additional email accounts but can't do so without logging in. Can anyone help me out?

It looks like your account isn't on 2.0 yet, because http://www.coolpetproducts.com/cgi-bin/plusmail exists. You can log in using that old version until you are migrated. I think it does let you change your password (or maybe there was some other process to do that - refer to the 1.0 manual on http://manual.westhost.com/v1/). Unfortunately, this old version does NOT let you add e-mail accounts yourself - you'll have to contact WestHost and have them set these up for you.

Any idea why my account hasn't been moved to 2.0? and how I can get it to be moved?

If you give me (Private Message) an e-mail address I can forward you the mail they sent recently with updated 2.0 migration information.

WontonDesign you can request to be migrated early here.

It say's it takes about two weeks once you put in the request.

Do you think it's worth it to request an upgrade?

Everyone will eventually be upgraded. It's just a matter of whether you want to be upgraded as early as possible or not. It's inevitable that you will have to spend some time fixing things, learning how new things work, etc. when you are upgraded, so if you have the time now and won't in the future, then, yes, you should request it. However, I don't feel it would make much of a difference anyway... They'll probably do all the upgrades more or less at the same time anyway.

Since I haven't learned anything yet, I should probably request an upgrade so I just have to learn 2.0, right? Also, this doesn't change my Miva, does it?

If you don't mind waiting then there is no reason to submit an upgrade request - this decision doesn't have to do with if you have learned anything right now or not. Unfortunately, it might affect your Miva (though WestHost will try their best to make sure that does not happen). You just have to wait and see, and be on standby to be able to work on it (or send in support requests and post your problems here) if it does fail...

Any idea what effects it will have on my Miva? I've been spending a lot of time customizing the layout and adding products. Will those be effected?

Sorry, I don't use Miva, so no idea. Like I said, it may or may not be affected. In any case, you should back up your customizations if you can just to be safe. If you want to see specific Miva problems, just do a Search on this forum for "Miva". Don't worry too much though, WestHost has really been trying their best to make sure that remaining people that are upgraded don't have problems.
