How can I get realtime or even daily webalizer reports? Monthly is too long to wait to see the traffic.

Thanks!

When you log in to webalizer there is a summury by month at the bottom of the page. Click on the current month and then you can view your statistics by hour or daily. You have to have checked the Hourl Stats when you set it up to see hourly stats.

Is that what you where wondering?

That's part of the problem. I can't get this week's stats, or todays, etc. I have to wait until the end of the month.

How can I get stats more frequently?

Thanks!

It may be you have found the glitch that others have. When you are Site Manager your stats do not show up when you go to Site Details > Statistics and click on Webalizer.

You have to go to Site Applications > Tools and then click on "Link" on the right hand side under Installed Applications > Webalizer. This will open a new window and you will be asked for your username and password. Enter and continue and you should be to your Webalizer. You should also be able to access it directly with a url like this

http://yourdomain.com/cgi-bin/plugins/Webalizers/default/webalizer.cgi
The one thing that may be diffrent is "default" depending on how you set it up when you installed it.

If Webalizer is not listed under Installed Applications on the Tools page then you will need to install it by clicking on it under Available Site Applications.

Any of that help?

Shawn

Ok - got that. Thanks!

How do I add a counter that is accurate?

Thanks again!

I am not sure what you mean by accurate but I use an outside counter that is free through SiteMeter

http://www.sitemeter.com/

It not only acts as a counter but will give you reports like Webalizer.

Thanks for that tip, it helped me get the webalizer up and running as well.
