the reply i got back was:

Hi Russ,

Thank you for your interest in WestHost. I'm sorry you have had to wait so long to contact us today. You can register your domains with us at the following address; http://www.westhost.com/domainreg/

When you expect more from your web host

i come home from work at lunch and try to get through to the 1-800-222-2165 help number and only get busy signals. for 2 days now. i spent 45 minutes on hold last night waiting in line for a tech or someone to help. had to hang up to put the kids to bed.

i do not need a westhost hosting account, i need the DNS numbers changed by them.

can we get this resolved?

Dear Westhost,

I need to make changes to the domain info and cannot get in.

Romancing.Net and ShipsRoster.Net

Please email instructions after you fix it to kenny@companydesigns.net

Thank you.

Hi beautifulproperties,

I'm not a WestHost employee, but what is the problem? Are you trying to login here: http://www.register.westhost.com/admin/? I just tried it for my domain with WestHost and it seems to be working for me...

To design64,

It works on three of my domains but not the other two.... rejecting my password or something.

Silly question, but you aren't trying to use your (hosting) account password are you? This control panel's password is not the same as your (hosting) account's password. Also, the darn change password form in this control panel does not work so it may be that you are trying to use a new password you thought you had changed to.

Let me know how it goes.

beautifulproperties, How old are the accounts? On some of mine that are really old I still have to access the other registars in order to change things. Or at least I did the last time I had to.

They are all transferred. I have changed email info, etc. in the past at Westhost so something else is wrong.
