View Full Version : Deleted old domain and seem to have killed my access

My original domain was ge-and-dl-waldron.org. After my wife died, I set up a new domain: gewaldron.net.

After switching the new domain to be the primary, my userid for Site Manager remained ge-and-dl-waldron.

Well, I wasn't thinking and deleted the old domain a few days ago. Now I can't access Site Manager. Do I need to contact Support and have them rebuild my account?

This is the second time this year I've shot myself in the foot. Go ahead and laugh...I deserve it.:p

Yep you should contact WestHost about this one. Sorry to hear you are having issues. The WestHost techs should be able to get this sorted out for you pretty fast though.

Thanks! I was pretty sure that was the case. Just hoping to save them the headache of dealing with another stupid user move.

I've been working with computers for over 40 years. You would think I would have learned to engage the brain before pushing the button!:rolleyes:
