I install red5 at my account of westhost.com, but I can 't listen the port1935 all the times though red5 works,who can advise how to correct?

Except, which free application can be installed to support hundreds of people to live chat and internet phone in a time?

You need to contact WestHost about this via the Contact Us page. What you are trying to do is something that will soon be not possible with your account. You need to make plans now to switch to another service. The WestHost techs can guide you better.
