Hello everyone,

Before you read this, you must understand I am completely illiterate about web design, that being said....here is my question.

How do I add a set of forums to my web page? I have downloaded the PHPBB forums that came with my site, but I can't seem to be able to figure out how to actually put the forums where I can actually put them to use.

If there is additional information I need to post here I will do so, just not sure what you'd need to answer this question.

The URL is www.twistedmisfits.com and yes I used the website creator to build it. Any help would be appreciated.

Your forum is located at http://www.twistedmisfits.com/phpBB3/ I am not familiar enough with the WestHost website creator enough to give you specifics but you need to have your Forum link/button pointed to that address. Of course you'll more then likely want to create a new template for your phpBB installation that matches your site before you do that. :) phpBB3 Knowledge Base (http://www.phpbb.com/kb/3.0/)... look for articles on styling and templates.

Ya, I know my Forums are in my directory, but can't figure out how to add it to the actual page itself, and I plan on adding a different style, just trying to figure out how to actually do this before I download any different styles.

Thanks for the reply though.....still in search of help or tips on how to do this if anyone can help.

Dear Wraken,

I think you want to have it so that when you click on your forums button on the left hand side, you want it to go to your phpBB3 forums site right?

The easiest way to accomplish this is with a redirect command in a .htaccess file. You would want to write:

Redirect /5352.html http://www.twistedmisfits.com/phpBB3/

You would want to post this into your /var/www/html/ directory. This actually redirects all traffic from the 5352.html file which is where your current forums link goes to, and redirects to your phpBB forum.

You can get more information how to write a .htaccess in our forums, like with this link:
