- Web Site Creator -

We have recently deployed a new upgrade to our Web Site Creator. This upgrade has increased usability, functionality and offers a number of additional templates. In order to take advantage of the new features and improvements to existing features you will need to log in and republish your Web site.

Useful Tips

- E-mail Management -

We commonly see clients having difficulty using their e-mail efficiently due to action(s) they have taken. When it comes to e-mail we understand that securing your personal information, efficiency, and reliability are of the utmost importance to you. Here are some great ideas on avoiding SPAM and maximizing the functionality of your e-mail.

• Don’t put your e-mail address anywhere on your Web site in plain text.
• Don’t fill out forms or register with other Web sites unless you trust their privacy policies.
• Don’t unsubscribe from newsletters and other forms of mass e-mailing unless you trust the sender.
• Install the SPAM filtering applications that we offer; Dynamic SPAM Rejection with RBLs 1.1 and Spamassassin 3.2.4.
• If you use POP3 e-mail don’t store your e-mail on the server.
• If you must store e-mail on the server, install and utilize the IMAP server and break your storage up into small manageable folders.
• Read any error messages you receive in their entirety; the resolution is usually found in the details of those messages.
