We recently released an update to our File Manager which also offers improved features. - File Manager Updates -

Recently we released an update to our current File Manager. This update offers improved features to provide you a better user experience.

Here is a complete list of the changes:

• A file download button was added to the main listing.
• The text area in the “Edit File” screen was expanded to fill the full width of the browser.
• The text area in the “Edit File” screen was altered to accept the tab character, inserting a tab rather than moving focus to the “Save Changes” link.
• An “Exit” button was added to the main File Manager screen.

Mark Cox: Data Center Technician / Level 2 Technical Support

Congratulations to Mark Cox who is this month’s employee spotlight for his outstanding contributions towards improving client satisfaction. Mark has been in Technical Support for 3 years and recently has accepted the added responsibility of working as a Data Center Technician. He has a wealth of experience and knowledge based on his time in Tech Support and will be a valuable asset in supporting the operations of our Data Center. He has been a very loyal employee who works with a positive attitude to serve the needs of our clients. Mark always has our client’s best interest in mind and we receive a tremendous amount of praise on his work. We are fortunate to have experienced employees like Mark at WestHost.
