View Full Version : Account Maintenance Fields Are Blank

Hi,

I only recently signed up to the Personal Plan. Everything is fully operative and seems to be working very well but I've come across a little mystery.

When I visit https://corp2.westhost.com/account/, log in and go into the "Update Contact Information" or "Update Credit Card Information" option, all the fields are blank.

In each case, should I fill the form in and submit it?

Sorry if this is a silly question but I thought it best to check before doing anything.

Dear John,

Thank you for submitting your question. The form you are referring to is simply used for updating contact/personal billing information. If for some reason your contact or billing information has changed you would use that form to update our records. For added security your current contact information will not appear when you log in. If you want to verify your current contact information please call our billing department or submit an email to billing@westhost.com. We look forward to serving your needs.
