Question Question re: Form Output

Hello,

I did some searches to an answer on my question. I couldn't find what I'm looking for - maybe I didn't input the right keywords.

I am in the process of updating my website: marriage-minister.com. (Right now the old design is up.) On my website I have a form: marriage-minister.com/xceremonyx.htm (with new design) that my brides use to let me know what selections (prayers, vows, etc.) they would like for their ceremony.

My question is:
When I receive the form via email, the text is plain. What can I do/add/change (if this can be accomplished) to receive the email in HTML? Is this through the form on my site or through my email account? I use Outlook and cannot find any option on how to receive mail. There is the option of "Mail Format" when creating an email (which is set up for HTML).

Thank you for your time.

You are using the formmail script provided by WestHost it looks like. I don't think this script can send in HTML. It would be on the program side and not in Outlook that you would need to set this up. One option could be to use different program.

I think the php version of this program can send in HTML. http://www.tectite.com/formmailpage.php Their forum has a post on how to configure and set up the script to do this. http://www.tectite.com/vbforums/showthread.php?t=104

The nms Project has an alternative called TFMail that might work for you. It is based of the original formmail but has better security and added features. http://nms-cgi.sourceforge.net/scripts.shtml Scroll down and you'll see the link to download it. The documentation for the program is in the script itself. There is also a readme file in the zip file.
