ftp.mysite.com no longer work

Hi all
I recently moved from WH domain management to an italian registar in order to have one, single, domain manager with a centralised control panel. Such registrar suggested me to use their nameservers instead of WH nameservers.
After changing nameservers from ns1.west-datacenter.net to ns2.drnameservice.com the addresses ftp.mysite.com, pop.mysite.com and mail.mysite.com no longer works anymore. Please note that mysite.com, www.mysite.com and smtp.mysite.com work correctly.
Where is the error?

This seems obvious, but we must ask: Did your Italian registrar create A or CNAME records for ftp, pop, and mail?
