Suggestion to Billing System

For the billing system, is it possible to have it setup where we can view our bills online and have the ability to upload a bill in a format that Quicken and/or Microsoft Money can read?

I will second this request. I would love to be able to log on and better review the status of my account. The billing department is great at getting back to you when you have a question but I would bet that the majority of questions they end up having to answer would be easily answered by a web interface. It would be great if this was part of the Site Manager although I am not sure if it is secure enough to be displaying this type of information.
