He can't seem to get the proper settings to publish his site using Cool Page's publish feature.

Has any one used cool page to design their site and publish to their site on Westhost?

It would be better for you to ask this question in a new thread. I have downloaded the program and see if I can figure out what you need to set where. If I figure it out I'll post in a new thread with a subject line like "[INFO]Publishing page with Cool Page".
