The last few times I have used live chat on the WestHost site, I've had to wait over 10 minutes for each response. This has made several of my live chat sessions over an hour long. While it's still better than waiting on the phone that long, I'm still annoyed at the delay. If WestHost receives so many tech support requests that they can't keep up in a timely fashion, perhaps more people should be on hand during particularly busy times??
(By the way, I'm using live chat right now and over 20 minutes ago the WestHost representative posted, "one moment". That's one long moment, I'm still waiting on a simple question!)

Mn-md,
First of all, thanks for the feedback. I'm passing it on to tech management. This shouldn't be happening. Secondly, if you haven't already done so, please complete our Service Level Survey at https://corp.westhost.com/survey0104/. There is a section specifically set aside for Live Chat and your feedback would be helpful. The information will be used to help us improve our service levels as well as place guarantees on response and uptime.
Thanks again for your post,Best regards,
Bevan Erickson
