Updating Joomla

I just installed Joomla 1.0.11 on my web site. I then went in and did a upgrade. I downloaded the 1.0.11 to 1.0.12 upgrade from Joomla's web site to do the upgrade. I simply used FTP to FTP the 1.0.11 to 1.0.12 updated files from the download to the joomla directory on Westhost. This appeared to go fine. The only problem is now when I go to my administration page, www.clementinasgarza.com/joomla/adminstrator it simply comes up with a blank web page where before it came up with the actual administration page before the upload. Any idea what I'm doing wrong with the upload? I know I could simply stay with 1.0.11 but would rather have the newest version.

This seems to be a common problem. You probably got a corrupt file when you FTP'd the file over.

Try enabling error logging in your php.ini (set display_errors = On in /usr/local/lib/php.ini) to find out which file was corrupted.

You could just try installing the download again.
