It could be done internally with htmldoc (which I don't think Westhost provides, even though it has an FOSS version (http://www.htmldoc.org)) or externally if you managed to install another software other than htmldoc that turns HTML (and linked images) to PDF.
So did anyone manage to do it?
Without it, if an admin wants to e-mail the HTML (and linked images) to their clients, it must be done in a ZIP file (self extracted EXE file would usually get blocked), which confuses most clients and sometimes gets blocked too.
