Example Apache Log Files?

I'd like to write my own program for the analysis of apache log files. Would anyone be willing to post or are there any online that I could look at? I mean, I have my own but it's pretty small and doesn't include search engines and so on. Thanks! :)

You could also get the source code for one and see how they do it... there are many open source log ananlyzers.

Does westhost limit the size of the log files? I noticed that the old ones are compressed and saved in the folder.

That's logrotate doing that. You can configure it by editing /etc/logrotate.conf.
