Editing the overbandwidth alerts and other messages

I went into the reseller control panel and attempted to edit the alerts branding with no success.

I can not edit the alerts b/c I did not create them.

So how can I change the text for overbandwidth alerts and others?

A customer recv'd an email with Westhost slapped all over it. It was tricky explaining that email.

Please advise.

This seems like an important issue. Does any one have any ideas about this?

If it is anything like the Packages you have to create new ones that you own. It is a bit clunky since you have to upload the file. I would say the best thing to do is go through the existing Westhost messages and make note of them and create text files on your local machine for a each then you can go in and create new ones and upload your own messages.

Now my question is how well your accounts know to use these new messages... hmmmm. :)
