Do you know any forum, mailing list or other place where I can ask about copyright and get free advice (not necessary official legal advice, just help/suiggestions from knowledgeable ppl).

You might want to check this link out. It is about the Fair Use Rule but the site it is on is called NOLO Law for All so some of the other stuff may help you out.
