Registering Clickcart Pro Shopping Cart

Hi:

This is day 3 filled with frustration and exhaustion!

I have uploaded Kryptronic's Clickcart Pro V5.1 (tiki) shopping cart software to my WestHost server. I have followed the instructions to a "T."
I am unable to execute the cgi script. I get the following error message.
Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator, Postmaster@chiforlife.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

Kryptronic wants $50.00 for them to install the software properly. I hate wasting $50.00 when I know there is probably a simple solution. Will anyone dare to help?

Things to check:
The path at the start of the file is correct (/usr/bin/perl).
Make sure it is in Unix format (not Windows).
Make sure the script is executable by the web server.

One thing to add to Jalal's checklist: you may have to chmod certain programs/files - most likely to 755.
