I am considering the Xmass Special and have one question.

Can each domain name have it's own email i.e. bob@domain1.com, john@domain2.com

E-mail is shared for all domains on a single VPS. If you set up joe@domain1.com, then joe@domain2.com is automatically captured and dropped in the same mailbox. As long as the usernames are unique, they will not be dropped into the same mailbox.
