If i specify disk space limit at 100MB, & have 10 email accounts set at 5MB each.Wheter the email space is used or not will also be considered into the disk space right ?

If you are talking about resellers, then I am not sure. But if you are talking about a "normal" account then, no - only as the space is used will it show up as being used. The 100 + 5x10 won't show up as being used unless they really are being used...
