security certificate issued by company you don't trust

Does anyone have tips on solving this problem?

Since switching to WH 2.0, opening our secure order form with IE causes the security alert:

"The security certificate was issued by a company you have not chosen to trust..."

We use an inexpensive certificate from XRampSSL, which always worked fine in the past.

I really don't know much about this subject but here is a little info. I hope it helps you to troubleshoot if you haven't seen it already.

This FAQ from XRamp talks about browser compatablity. This shouldn't be your problem. My browser (IE 6) gives me the same warning which according to this FAQ should not be the case.

This FAQ says to make sure your server is running SSL protocol version 3. That might be something to check.

Thanks visible soul! I looked at the suggested links. I suspect a file or 2 needs to be updated from their temporary defaults - but the last time I played with it without knowing exactly what to do I brought down the entire PixelMetrics server.
