Take a look at this page (http://director.enhydra.org/project/mailingLists/director/msg00408.html). It has info on what the problem is and how to fix the problem.

I don't know if you can fix this in the control panel. You're probably going to have to ssh (telnet) in and edit the config file yourself.

I guess the next best thing is the submit a trouble ticket about this issue with westhost.
